Glenn Successfully Challenges Murder Case

Following a robbery murder at a local Amoco station, Glenn’s client was arrested at a friend’s home. The defendant made a statement to police implicating himself in the murder. Glenn successfully challenged the use of the Defendant’s statement at trial, arguing it was the direct result of an unconstitutional, warrantless arrest.
